About Regional Literacy Coordinating Committees
- RLCC 12: Counties of Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Powhatan, and the City of Richmond
- Eighteen Regional Literacy Coordinating Committees (RLCC) were created in 1987 by the Virginia Literacy Initiative to support communication and a continuum of opportunities among literacy service providers, the community at large and business resource organizations. These 18 RLCCs cover all the regions in Virginia. See the list of the 18 regions below.
